Flower Delivery in Náchod

Náchod lies in north-eastern Bohemia. The town is situated on the River Metuje. A border crossing on the Prague–Warsaw route lies nearby.

Knight Hron founded Náchod in the mid-13th century, and the first written mention of the town dates from 1254. Between 1566 and 1614, Náchod Castle was rebuilt as a Renaissance château; its complex has five connected courtyards and is surrounded by a park. The main square has a Baroque old town hall and the Church of St Lawrence, rebuilt after the town fire in 1663. In the early 20th century, Náchod was one of the largest cotton centres in Austria-Hungary.
