Františkovy Lázně is a spa town in western Bohemia. It lies 5 km north of Cheb.
The town was founded in 1793 and has borne the name of Emperor Francis II since 1803. Since 2021, Františkovy Lázně has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site alongside Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázně. Tři lilie spa hotel stands in the centre of the spa zone, and its tradition dates back to 1793. Komorní hůrka Nature Reserve lies in the southern part of the town.
